Die zweifache Menge Wasser mit dem Salz zum Kochen bringen und den Reis darin knapp gar k\u00f6cheln. Portulak waschen und verlesen.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne die Kokosmilch erhitzen. Den fertigen Reis einr\u00fchren und kurz sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen. Portulak mit dem Pfeffer vorsichtig unterr\u00fchren und zusammenfallen lassen.
