In eine Sch\u00fcssel sch\u00fctten. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, l\u00e4ngs halbieren und quer in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden, zum Salat geben.<\/p>\n<p>Orange hei\u00df waschen, trocken reiben und 1 EL Schale abreiben. Schale mit der wei\u00dfen Haut von der Frucht schneiden. Fruchtspalten herausschneiden, Saft dabei auffangen. Spalten in kleinere St\u00fccke teilen und zum Chinakohl in die Sch\u00fcssel leeren.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgefangenen Saft mit dem Abrieb, Essig und \u00d6le zu einer s\u00e4migen Marinade verr\u00fchren.
