Br\u00fche durch ein Sieb in einen anderen Topf leeren.<\/p>\n<p>Steinpilze einige Minuten in 50 ml hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichen. Ausdr\u00fccken und klein hacken. Ein wenig der geschnittenen Pilze beiseite geben. Das Einweichwasser durch ein Sieb in die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche sch\u00fctten. Pilze hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>Erd\u00e4pfel sch\u00e4len, waschen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. In die Br\u00fche sch\u00fctten und zum Kochen bringen. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Erd\u00e4pfel weich sind.<\/p>\n<p>Suppe mit Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche schaumig p\u00fcrieren.
