Zwiebel l\u00e4ngs und quer halbieren, dann in Streifen schneiden. Ingwer klein w\u00fcrfeln. Apfel waschen, Kernhaus entfernen und in St\u00fccke schneiden. Blaukraut l\u00e4ngs vierteln, Strunk herausschneiden, in schmale Streifen schneiden und waschen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel und Ingwer anbraten, Blaukraut hinzuf\u00fcgen und einige Minuten mitbraten. Mit dem Essig abl\u00f6schen, Gew\u00fcrze unterr\u00fchren und etwas Wasser dazusch\u00fctten. Kraut sanft weich k\u00f6cheln lassen.
