Ausdr\u00fccken und klein hacken. Das Einweichwasser durch ein Sieb zu dem der Tongku-Pilze sch\u00fctten.<\/p>\n<p>Erd\u00e4pfel sch\u00e4len, waschen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. In das Pilzwasser sch\u00fctten und zum Kochen bringen. Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fchepulver einr\u00fchren. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Erd\u00e4pfel weich sind.<\/p>\n<p>Suppe p\u00fcrieren. Die Steinpilze hinzuf\u00fcgen.
