Zwiebel in Halbringe schneiden. Knoblauch und Ingwer klein w\u00fcrfeln. Ananas in St\u00fccke schneiden, Saft dabei auffangen.<\/p>\n<p>Chinakohl in einzelne Bl\u00e4tter zerlegen und quer in 3 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. In ein Sieb sch\u00fctten und waschen. Paprika waschen, l\u00e4ngs halbieren, Kerne und wei\u00dfe Trennw\u00e4nde entfernen, dann quer in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer einige Minuten braten, bis sie leicht gebr\u00e4unt sind. Chinakohl und Paprika dazu sch\u00fctten und einige Minuten mit braten.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Tomatensauce, Essig und Sojaso\u00dfe abl\u00f6schen, Ananas hinzuf\u00fcgen. Bei kleiner Flamme noch ein paar Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
