Selleriegr\u00fcn in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Ananas in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Cashewkerne grob hacken. Radicchio waschen, trocken schleudern und 1 Blatt ohne den wei\u00dfen Teil in schmale Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Alles Geschnittene in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Kaviarlimette der L\u00e4nge nach aufschneiden, K\u00fcgelchen herauskratzen und zu den Zutaten in die Sch\u00fcssel sch\u00fctten. Joghurt, Saft der halben Zitrone und Senf mit Salz und Pfeffer zu einer s\u00e4migen Marinade verr\u00fchren. Dar\u00fcber sch\u00fctten und alles vorsichtig miteinander vermengen.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcbrigen beiden Radicchiobl\u00e4tter auf je ein Vorspeisenteller legen und mit dem Salat f\u00fcllen.
