In einem Sieb abgie\u00dfen, zur\u00fcck in den Topf geben und ausdampfen lassen. Mit einem Erd\u00e4pfelstampfer p\u00fcrieren. Pistazien- und Argan\u00f6l unterr\u00fchren, mit Sumach, Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>Radicchio-Bl\u00e4tter waschen und trocken tupfen. Je eines auf einem Vorspeisenteller ausbreiten.
