Von der gewaschenen Zitrone die Schale abreiben, dann auspressen. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und in kleine Stifte schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Apfelsaft mit dem Zitronenabrieb und -saft samt Gew\u00fcrzen in einem Topf erw\u00e4rmen.
