In einen Topf sch\u00fctten, Zitrone dar\u00fcber pressen, Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen und umr\u00fchren. Die Apfelst\u00fccke knapp mit Wasser bedecken. Bei niedriger Temperatur k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis sie zerfallen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Rosenwasser in einen Mixer leeren und p\u00fcrieren. Vor dem Servieren  etwas durchziehen lassen. Mit Damaszener-Rosenbl\u00fcttenbl\u00e4tter betreut servieren.
