Linsen in ein Sieb geben, waschen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Karottenst\u00fccke in einen Topf sch\u00fctten, knapp mit Wasser bedecken und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel hinzuf\u00fcgen. K\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Karotten bissfest weich sind. Linsen unterr\u00fchren und weiter k\u00f6cheln, bis sie zerfallen. Die Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit sollte fast zur G\u00e4nze eingekocht sein. Topf vom Feuer nehmen.
