S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel sch\u00e4len und dann mit den Erd\u00e4pfeln und Topinambur in ungef\u00e4hr gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden. Salbeibl\u00e4tter waschen und trocken tupfen. Gem\u00fcse gemischt in eine ofenfeste Form geben.<\/p>\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l mit den Gew\u00fcrzen vermengen und \u00fcber dem Gem\u00fcse verteilen. Den Feta dar\u00fcber streuen.
