B\u00e4rlauch grob hacken und mit dem Giersch in den Mixeraufsatz einer K\u00fcchenmaschine geben. Die Pistazienkerne, Saft der Zitrone und das Salz hinzuf\u00fcgen. Pfeffer dar\u00fcber mahlen. Oliven-, Pistazien- und Limonen\u00f6l dazugeben. Alles zu einer groben Paste verarbeiten.
