Von den gelben R\u00fcben und Karotten die Enden abschneiden, sch\u00e4len und stifteln. Yaconwurzel sch\u00e4len und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. <\/p>\n<p>Alle Gem\u00fcsesorten in eine ofenfeste Form sch\u00fctten. Mit dem Oliven\u00f6l und den Gew\u00fcrzen vermischen. Im Backofen bei 180\u00b0C Hei\u00dfluft ca. 40 Minuten backen, bis die Karotten und R\u00fcben bissfest gar sind.
