Den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. Die beiden Mehlsorten mit dem Salz, dem Backpulver und den Gew\u00fcrzen sorgf\u00e4ltig vermengen. Die Eier, Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, die Anchovis- und Tomatenst\u00fccke und das \u00d6l mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine verquirlen und die trockenen Zutaten rasch unterr\u00fchren. Wenn die Masse zu trocken ist, etwas Milch zugeben. In die F\u00f6rmchen in der Muffinsform geben und mit K\u00fcrbiskernen bestreuen.
