Mozzarella sehr klein w\u00fcrfeln. Cocktail-Tomate halbieren, Kerne entfernen und sehr klein schneiden. Oliven in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. <\/p>\n<p>Die Zesten der Zitronenscheibe von der Schale l\u00f6sen, dabei die Kerne entfernen, und klein schneiden. 1\/3 der Zitronenschale in sehr kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Basilikumbl\u00e4tter und Rosmarinnadeln waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln, dann klein schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Alles in eine Sch\u00fcssel sch\u00fctten. Mit dem Gew\u00fcrzsalz, Pfeffer, Balsamicoessig und Oliven\u00f6l vermengen. Die Radicchio-Bl\u00e4tter auf zwei Teller legen und die Masse darauf verteilen.
