Mangold in Bl\u00e4tter zerlegen, waschen und in Streifen schneiden. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, der L\u00e4nge nach vierteln, dann quer in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen. Zwiebelstreifen darin anbraten. Die Mangoldstreifen mit den Gew\u00fcrzen hinzuf\u00fcgen und d\u00fcnsten lassen, bis die wei\u00dfen Mangoldteile knapp gar sind.
