Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, den gr\u00fcnen Keim entfernen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Die Chili waschen, Stiel entfernen und in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden. Die Gr\u00fcnkohlbl\u00e4tter von den Stielen zupfen und in ein Sieb geben. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne oder einem Wok erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch glasig braten. Gr\u00fcnkohlbl\u00e4tter waschen und tropfnass in die Pfanne geben. Kurz anbraten, Sojasauce hinzuf\u00fcgen und ca. 5 Minuten unter R\u00fchren weiter braten.
