Danach absch\u00fctten, mit kaltem Wasser abschrecken und beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Austernpilze putzen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehe sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfeln. Salbeibl\u00e4tter waschen, trocken tupfen, dann in schmale Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das Raps\u00f6l erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch glasig braten, dann die Austernpilze mit den Salbeibl\u00e4ttern und Gew\u00fcrzen hinzuf\u00fcgen und etwas d\u00fcnsten lassen. Sobald die Pilze weich sind, die Fregula unterr\u00fchren und alles wieder hei\u00df werden lassen.
