Blattspinat verlesen, waschen und grob zerkleinern.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das Raps\u00f6l erhitzen Schalotten und Knoblauch glasig braten, den tropfnassen Spinat hinzuf\u00fcgen. Spinat zusammenfallen lassen, dann w\u00fcrzen. In ein Sieb sch\u00fctten, abtropfen und \u00fcberk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine ofenfeste Form mit etwas Raps\u00f6l einfetten. Den Spinat in vier H\u00e4ufchen in die Form setzen. In die Mitte der H\u00e4ufchen eine Vertiefung dr\u00fccken. In jede Vertiefung vorsichtig ein Ei gleiten lassen.
