In ca. 3 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche erhitzen, Sambal Oelek einr\u00fchren. Die Schwarzwurzeln hinzuf\u00fcgen und bissfest gar d\u00fcnsten. Dann abgie\u00dfen und beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Radicchio in Bl\u00e4tter zerlegen, waschen, dann in Streifen schneiden. Auf zwei Vorspeisentellern verteilen. Aus dem Essig, \u00d6l und Ahornsirup eine s\u00e4mige Marinade r\u00fchren. \u00dcber die Radicchiostreifen tr\u00e4ufeln.
