In der Zwischenzeit Gr\u00fcnkohlbl\u00e4tter von den Stielen zupfen. In kochendem Wasser 2 Minuten blanchieren. In ein Sieb sch\u00fctten und sehr kalt absp\u00fclen.<\/p>\n<p>Porree in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden, in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten und waschen. Tomaten waschen, halbieren, Stielansatz entfernen und w\u00fcrfeln. Schafsk\u00e4se in kleine W\u00fcrfeln schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das Raps\u00f6l erhitzen. Porree darin glasig braten. Gr\u00fcnkohl, Tomaten und Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Etwas and\u00fcnsten lassen, dann mit dem Mango-Essig abl\u00f6schen. Quinoa und Schafsk\u00e4se hinzuf\u00fcgen und sorgf\u00e4ltig vermengen.
