Tomate waschen und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Schalotte sch\u00e4len und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Lachsfilet in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Schalotte hinzuf\u00fcgen und glasig braten. Tomaten und Kohlrabibl\u00e4tter hinzuf\u00fcgen. Bei kleiner Hitze 10 Minuten d\u00fcnsten lassen. Lachsst\u00fccke einr\u00fchren und einige Minuten weiter garen lassen, bis die Sauce hei\u00df und s\u00e4mig ist.
