Oliven und Schafsk\u00e4se klein w\u00fcrfeln. Salbeibl\u00e4tter waschen, trocken tupfen und klein schneiden. Anchovis ent\u00f6len und in kleine Streifen schneiden. Mozzarella in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. <\/p>\n<p>Alle Zutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel gut mischen. 2 EL von den Schafsk\u00e4sew\u00fcrfeln beiseite stellen. Die Masse auf 4 kleine Auflauff\u00f6rmchen verteilen und mit den Schafsk\u00e4sew\u00fcrfeln bestreuen.
