Avocado halbieren, den Kern entfernen, sch\u00e4len, mit Hilfe einer Gabel zerkleinern und sofort mit dem Zitronensaft vermengen, damit sich die Avocado nicht dunkel verf\u00e4rbt. Den Lachs in m\u00f6glichst kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Dill und Sherry \u00fcber das Avocado-Gemisch sch\u00fctten, mit den Lachsw\u00fcrfelchen vorsichtig unterr\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
