Sultaninen hei\u00df abwaschen und abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Essig, Ouzo, Wasser, Argan-\u00d6l, Salz und Pfeffer zu einer Marinade verr\u00fchren. Die Fenchelscheibchen mit der Marinade betr\u00e4ufeln und etwas durchziehen lassen.
