Stiele und Bl\u00e4tter voneinander trennen. Mit einem Schuss Wasser abl\u00f6schen. Das Mandelmehl und die Gew\u00fcrze unterr\u00fchren. Das Ganze zugedeckt ca. 10 Minuten garen. In der Zwischenzeit die Lachsfilets in mundgerechte St\u00fccke teilen.<\/p>\n<p>Dann das restliche Wasser, die Lachsst\u00fccke, das Tomatenmark und die Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche unterr\u00fchren. Ev. noch etwas nachw\u00fcrzen.
