Karotten sch\u00e4len und quer in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Bio-Zitrone mit hei\u00dfem Wasser abwaschen und trocken reiben. Mit einem Sparsch\u00e4ler die Schale von der H\u00e4lfte der Zitrone d\u00fcnn absch\u00e4len und in sehr d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Ananasscheiben in schmale Abschnitte teilen.<\/p>\n<p>Raps\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Karottenscheiben und die Zitronenstreifen kurz anr\u00f6sten. Hitze dann sofort reduzieren, Currypaste einr\u00fchren und Kokosmilch angie\u00dfen. D\u00fcnsten lassen, bis die Karottenscheiben fast gar sind. Garnelen, Ananas und Ingwer-Pulver hinzuf\u00fcgen und fertig d\u00fcnsten.
