Kichererbsenmehl mit dem kochenden Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und eindicken lassen. Knoblauch dar\u00fcber pressen. Sesampaste, Zitronensaft, Oliven\u00f6l, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Salz gut einr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Den fertigen Hummus in einen kleinen und zwei gleich gro\u00dfe gr\u00f6\u00dfere Teile teilen. Den kleineren Teil mit dem Rohnenhack mischen. Die beiden anderen Teile jeweils mit den oben angegebenen Gew\u00fcrzen mischen.
