Steinpilze in warmen Wasser einweichen, bis der Reis gar ist, dann klein schneiden. Rohne in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne die Kokosmilch zu simmern bringen. Die Gew\u00fcrze und den Sherry einr\u00fchren. Den Reis mit der Kokosmilch vermengen. Rohnen, Steinpilze und den Oberskren sorgf\u00e4ltig unterheben. Das Risotto wieder hei\u00df werden lassen.
