F\u00fcr den Belag die Linsen waschen und in ca. 30 Minuten zu einem dicken Brei verkochen. Dabei h\u00e4ufig umr\u00fchren, damit sich die Linsen nicht am Topfboden anlegen. Den Brei mit den Gew\u00fcrzen und der Kokosmilch pikant abschmecken, auf dem Teig verstreichen, mit dem Sesam bestreuen.
