Schalotten und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len. Schalotten w\u00fcrfeln. Kohlbl\u00e4tter in feine Streifen schneiden, waschen und abtropfen lassen. Getrocknete Tomaten in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Erd\u00e4pfel leicht braun braten. Mit 125 ml Wasser aufgie\u00dfen und in ca. 10 Minuten gar d\u00fcnsten. Schalotten und Tomatenstreifen unterr\u00fchren, Knoblauch dar\u00fcber pressen. Etwas einkochen lassen. Die Kohlstreifen dar\u00fcber verteilen.
