Rosmarin, Thymian, Majoran, Petersilie), 4 Cocktail-Tomaten, 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l, Pfeffer und Salz nach Belieben\n<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/artm-friends.at\/kochstudio\/wp-content\/images\/fritt_zuccpa.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" alt=\"Zucchini-Paprika-Frittata\" title=\"Zucchini-Paprika-Frittata\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Zubereitung:<\/b><br \/>\nZucchini und Paprika waschen. Zucchini vierteln und in d\u00fcnne St\u00fccke, Paprika in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Cocktail-Tomaten waschen, halbieren und Stielans\u00e4tze entfernen. Schalotte sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden. Knoblauchzehe sch\u00e4len. Schafsk\u00e4se klein w\u00fcrfeln. Kr\u00e4uter waschen, trockentupfen und klein hacken.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Schalotte leicht braun braten, Paprika und Zucchini dazugeben, Knoblauch dar\u00fcber pressen. Alles knapp gar d\u00fcnsten lassen. Den Schafsk\u00e4se untermischen und anschmelzen lassen. Danach die mit den Kr\u00e4utern verquirlten Eier untermischen, salzen und pfeffern. Eier stocken lassen. Die Tomatenh\u00e4lften in den letzten Minuten auf die Oberfl\u00e4che der Frittata setzen und warm werden lassen.
