Mit Wasser bedeckt 30 Minuten quellen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit Ingwer, Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, alle klein w\u00fcrfeln. Rettich sch\u00e4len und raspeln.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in eine Pfanne sch\u00fctten und erhitzen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer anbraten. Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen und braten, bis sie duften. Mungbohnen und Rettich hinzuf\u00fcgen, mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen und weich d\u00fcnsten lassen.
