Schalotten und Knoblauchzehe sch\u00e4len. Schalotten klein w\u00fcrfeln. Knoblauchzehe halbieren und ggfs. den gr\u00fcnen Trieb entfernen. Petersilie waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und fein hacken.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das Raps\u00f6l erhitzen. Die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel darin leicht braun braten, die gehackten Champignons hinzuf\u00fcgen, die Knoblauchzehe dar\u00fcber pressen und das mediterrane Gew\u00fcrzsalz hinzuf\u00fcgen. Anbraten lassen, dann mit dem Cognac abl\u00f6schen. Zum Schluss Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche und etwas Wasser sorgf\u00e4ltig einr\u00fchren und wieder hei\u00df werden lassen.
