Zwiebel klein w\u00fcrfeln, Sellerieknolle in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Von den Karotten und der Zucchini die Enden abschneiden, dann in St\u00fccke schneiden. Alle Gem\u00fcsest\u00fccke au\u00dfer Zwiebel und Knoblauch in den D\u00e4mpfeinsatz eines Druckkochtopfes geben. 10 Minuten unter Druck d\u00e4mpfen.<\/p>\n<p>Die weichen Gem\u00fcsest\u00fccke mit dem Lachs, den Zwiebelw\u00fcrfeln und etwas Kochwasser in den Mixeraufsatz einer K\u00fcchenmaschine sch\u00fctten. Den Knoblauch dar\u00fcber pressen und die Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Das Ganze zu einem feinen P\u00fcree verarbeiten.
