Joghurt mit den \u00d6len, dem Ei, Zucker und der Milch verquirlen. Dann die trockenen Zutaten untermischen. Sollte die Masse zu trocken erscheinen, dann noch etwas Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen. Jeweils 1 EL Teig in eine Vertiefung der Muffinform f\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Backofen bei 180\u00b0 C Hei\u00dfluft ca. 25 Minuten backen. 5 Minuten im Blech ruhen lassen.
