Pak Choi in schmale Streifen schneiden. Paprika der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren, Kerne und die wei\u00dfen Trennw\u00e4nde entfernen, dann in kleine Rechtecke schneiden. Ananasringe in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer h\u00f6heren Pfanne das Raps\u00f6l erhitzen, Pak Choi und Paprika dazugeben und and\u00fcnsten lassen. Die Curry-Paste sorgf\u00e4ltig einr\u00fchren. Ca. 10 Minuten alles sanft d\u00fcnsten lassen, bis der Paprika knapp gar ist. <\/p>\n<p>Ca. 3 Minuten vor Ende der Garzeit die Ananasst\u00fccke und die Kokosmilch unterr\u00fchren. Das Gericht wieder hei\u00df werden lassen.
