Die Mini-Kr\u00e4uterseitlinge putzen und teilen, gr\u00f6\u00dfere Pilze l\u00e4ngs halbieren. Das Gr\u00fcn von den Radieschen schneiden, verlesen und waschen. Die gr\u00f6beren Stiele entfernen, dann die Bl\u00e4ttchen in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das Raps\u00f6l erhitzen, die Schalotte hinzuf\u00fcgen und glasig d\u00fcnsten. Pilze einstreuen und and\u00fcnsten lassen. Mit etwas Wasser abl\u00f6schen und die Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die Pilze knapp gar d\u00fcnsten lassen.
