Couscous einstreuen, umr\u00fchren und von der Herdplatte nehmen, ausquellen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit Portulak verlesen, in einem Sieb waschen und trocken sch\u00fctteln. Gesch\u00e4lte Mango klein w\u00fcrfeln. Tomaten waschen, der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren, Stielansatz herausschneiden, in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Raps\u00f6l in einer Stilpfanne erhitzen, Mango- und Tomatenw\u00fcrfel hinzuf\u00fcgen. Kurz anbraten, dann Zatar hinzuf\u00fcgen und einige Minuten d\u00fcnsten lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Den fertigen Couscous mit dem Mango-Tomatengemisch und dem Portulak vorsichtig vermengen.
