Die Form ca. eine halbe Stunde vor der Verwendung in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Mehl mit dem Mandelmehl, den Kokosflocken, dem Matcha-Tee, Zucker und Backpulver in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen. In zweiten Sch\u00fcssel die Eier mit der Mandelmilch und dem Joghurt verquirlen. Die fl\u00fcssige Masse zu den trockenen Zutaten geben und rasch verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Masse gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf die 24 Vertiefungen der Muffin-Form verteilen. Bei 180\u00b0 C im Hei\u00dfluftherd  25 bis 30 Minuten backen.
