Tomaten in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Zwiebeln im Oliven\u00f6l glasig d\u00fcnsten, Tomatenst\u00fccke untermischen. Tiefgek\u00fchlte Garnelen in hei\u00dfem Meeresfr\u00fcchtesud antauen lassen und zu den Zwiebeln geben. Mit Koriander, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel und Chilipulver w\u00fcrzen, Tomatenp\u00fcree und Rotwein angie\u00dfen, einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Mit dem Meeresfr\u00fcchtesud aufgie\u00dfen und bei kleiner Hitze ca. 15 Minuten weiter sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen. Mit Salz abschmecken.
