Datteln klein schneiden. 2 bis 3 Schraubgl\u00e4ser hei\u00df auswaschen und auf einem sauberen K\u00fcchentuch bereit stellen.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Pfanne das Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen, die Schalotten darin glasig d\u00fcnsten. Zucchini-Raspeln hinzuf\u00fcgen und kurz anbraten. Mit dem Essig abl\u00f6schen, Rohrohrzucker und die Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen. Auf kleiner Flamme ca. 15 Minuten eindicken lassen. <\/p>\n<p>In die vorbereiteten Gl\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
