Mit Hilfe eines Sparsch\u00e4lers die Karotten und gelben R\u00fcben in d\u00fcnne Streifen hobeln. Schlechte Bl\u00e4tter vom Pak Choi entfernen, in schmale Streifen und waschen. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, l\u00e4ngs halbieren und in schmale Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l in ein Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebelstreifen darin glasig d\u00fcnsten. Das restliche Gem\u00fcse hinzuf\u00fcgen und knapp gar d\u00fcnsten lassen, ev. etwas Wasser erg\u00e4nzen. Curry-Paste vorsichtig unter das Gem\u00fcse mischen. Kokosmilchdose \u00f6ffnen und die Kokosmilch vorsichtig unterr\u00fchren.
