Die doppelte Menge Wasser zum Kochen bringen und die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche einr\u00fchren. Reis einstreuen, umr\u00fchren und bei kleiner Flamme knapp gar d\u00fcnsten.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, halbieren, klein w\u00fcrfeln. Topinambur waschen, schlechte Stellen wegschneiden, in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Portulak verlesen, in einem Sieb waschen und trocken sch\u00fctteln.<\/p>\n<p>Raps\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel im \u00d6l glasig d\u00fcnsten. Topinambur hinzuf\u00fcgen, kurz and\u00fcnsten lassen, dann mit etwas Wasser aufgie\u00dfen. Topinambur gar d\u00fcnsten lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Kokosmilch-Dose \u00f6ffnen. Kokosmilch mit dem fertig gegarten Reis zum Gem\u00fcse in die Pfanne geben und sorgf\u00e4ltig miteinander vermischen. Zum Schluss den Frischk\u00e4se und die Portulak-Bl\u00e4tter unterheben.
