Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, halbieren, sehr klein w\u00fcrfeln. Zitrone auspressen. Mango sch\u00e4len, in schmalen Scheiben vom Kern schneiden, dann klein w\u00fcrfeln. In einer Sch\u00fcssel beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Avocado halbieren, Kern entfernen, Fruchtfleisch aus der Schale kratzen. Avocadofleisch und Zwiebel in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, Zitronensaft dar\u00fcber tr\u00e4ufeln, Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen und sorgf\u00e4ltig miteinander vermengen. Die Avocado dabei etwas zerkleinern.<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufkochen lassen. Couscous einr\u00fchren und von der Herdplatte nehmen. 5 Minuten quellen lassen, dann das Avocado-Gemisch und die Tomatenh\u00e4lften vorsichtig einr\u00fchren. Weitere 5 Minuten quellen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Joghurt glatt r\u00fchren. Chili- und Limonen\u00f6l in das fertige Couscous vorsichtig einr\u00fchren.
