Das Gem\u00fcse sanft k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die W\u00fcrfel weich sind. Das Gem\u00fcse mit einem P\u00fcrierstab p\u00fcrieren. Ev. etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, falls die Suppe zu dick ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sojacreme sorgf\u00e4ltig einr\u00fchren und mit den Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken, wieder hei\u00df werden lassen.
